The Customer Service Committee helps water utilities throughout the state to learn more about the most important ingredient for success – taking care of the customer. This means continually working to improve our abilities to deliver quality, convenience and value.  When our water utilities are successful, our customers are the real winners.

 The Committee sponsors an annual seminar where any interested water utilities can learn from a wide variety of subject matter experts, including each other on how to deliver the highest quality customer service however, wherever and whenever our customers choose to do business.
